Pet Spotlight: Macchi
Not very long ago, a scruffy little pup with a wonky eye and a heart full of hope ran homeless in Dallas. Things started to look up when a local shelter got ahold of him. And then it happened: When our own client Rebecca met Macchi at Dallas Dog RRR in October, she took one look at his raggedy fur and soulful eyes and thought, Yep, this one’s mine.
But Macchi needed more than just love—he needed surgery for that eye and someone willing to see him through his recovery (many eye drops, much resistance). Luckily, mom was up for the challenge. With patience, treats, and plenty of belly rubs, Macchi transformed from scrappy shelter pup into dapper little gentleman.
Now, he’s living his best life—hogging the couch and ruling the household like the tiny king he is. A true rescue success! Please check out Dallas Dog RRR, for other pets in need of rescue!
