Reduced Price Nail Trims - Only for Wholehearted Canine Customers

Backyard Pet Services has partnered with Sarah at Wholehearted Canine for a special nail trimming offer!

We know that Wholehearted Canine sees and supports all kinds of dogs on a day-to-day basis. Some of those dogs are difficult to groom and may need a three- or even a four- or five-trim program to get their nails back into shape. We’ve designed this partnership with Sarah to help out for just this situation.

Why Mobile Grooming is Ideal for Stressed Pets

Mobile grooming is an excellent option for dogs who are fearful or anxious about traditional grooming environments, it offers many advantages.

1. Familiar and Comfortable Environment

For dogs that struggle with grooming, unfamiliar places can add to their anxiety. Mobile grooming brings the grooming service to your doorstep—meaning your dog doesn’t have to leave the comfort and safety of their home. Being in a familiar setting helps reduce stress and makes the grooming process less intimidating for your dog. You and your pet also get to skip the anxious drive to salon!

2. One-on-One Attention

In a mobile grooming van, your dog receives individualized attention. Unlike traditional grooming salons, where there may be multiple dogs and people in the environment, mobile groomers can focus solely on your dog. This personalized attention can be especially beneficial for dogs who are anxious, fearful, or aggressive about nail trimming. With fewer distractions and a calm environment, your dog is more likely to feel at ease.

3. Tailored Grooming Experience

Mobile groomers understand that each dog is different. They have experience working with dogs who are fearful or sensitive about certain aspects of grooming, such as getting their nails trimmed. Mobile groomers can take their time and use calming techniques to make your dog feel more comfortable. Many also offer special accommodations, like using quieter tools or providing extra breaks, which can make all the difference for a dog that is anxious about nail trimming.

Quick Program

Depending on the length of your pups quicks, it may not be possible to go from long to short nails in one session. For these instances, our groomers recommend a nail trim every 3-4 weeks to help stimulate the quick to retract naturally. This may take 3-5 sessions.

With this program, your pup will have shorter nails, it will just take a little more time.
