Pet Photography
We have an alliance with three local pet photographers plus a wide variety of backdrops and accessories that make for a great photo shoot for your pets and your family.
The most common reason we are asked to photograph a pet is after they have been diagnosed with a terminal illness. The family often wants to take some great photos of the pet (and family) now while the family pet is doing relatively well. The resulting photos capture the bond between pet and owner and serve as a way to celebrate the pet’s life. The photo shoot itself becomes a lasting memory that can include the whole family. Having this set of photos is a lasting way to savor and appreciate the family’s final moments with the pets.
The other reason for a photo shoot is just because the activity makes for an opportunity for pets and family to do something fun together that is often joyful, silly and whimsical. A husband might arrange the photo shoot as an anniversary or birthday gift and vice versa. Some families will take an annual vacation or holiday photo that serves the same purpose.
Dog Bed Laundering Service
Why does the dog bed smell like that? It’s nature at work. Dog beds get smelly and dirty because they absorb everything your dog brings inside with them:
- Natural oils and dander
- Dirt, grass, mulch, leaf bits and miscellaneous debris. It all clings to the fur and ends up in the dog bed.
- Wet fur has a unique and lasting odor that clings to the bedding
- Saliva and drool sort of season the whole mess.
Often times the bed is too big to fit in the washing machine so… what to do? Our experience with managing thousands of dog towels has taught us a LOT about pet laundry. So much so that we now offer dog bed cleaning as a service! How does it work? The family purchases two beds and sets the cleaning cycle (usually biweekly). On “swap day” the stinky bed goes out on the front porch. Our technician comes by and swaps the prior week’s bed (which is now fresh, clean and delightful) with the dirty one. We’ll clean the dirty one and swap again with the fresh one the next visit!
If your whole house is starting to smell a bit doggy, check out the dog bed. In a house with hardwood floors and very little carpet, the dog bed is often the biggest odor magnet and a common reason for that lingering “doggy smell.”
Now you have access to an easy fix for that!
New Puppy Nanny Service
Taking care of your new puppy is exhausting. It’s a mix of constant supervision, physical cleanup work, managing the chew drive, and sleep deprivation. We actually have a puppy package that can be a life-saver. Here’s what we provide:
- Rowdy time. Our employees are trained to work with puppies! We get in the back yard with your pup and provide 30 minutes of dedicated and rowdy play that is guaranteed to produce a two-hour nap. Sometimes this alone is a great blessing to a frazzled pet parent.
- We deliver a curated, clean, and rotating set of chew toys that are pup-friendly and guaranteed to please.
- Overnight care. Puppies cry at night and need to be let out early in the morning. We provide pickup and delivery service during the early days when your puppy is learning how to feel secure in his crate and sleep through the night? What does that look like? We come by at between 7-8pm to pick up your pet and crate. We board (and comfort) your puppy overnight and return him or her in the morning ready to romp and play.
- Lots of walks. We provide 2, 3, or even four walks per day which goes a long way toward wearing your pup out nautrally and helping him or her cultivate the skill of a peaceful overnight sleep.
- Potty training. Our certified pet trainer will help you master the ins and outs of the all-important crate training program and get your pup off to a good start with basic commands.

Lost Pet Support
Losing a pet is heartbreaking and scary. Taking fast, organized action greatly increases your chances of getting your pet back. Here is how we can help:
- We can deploy an entire crew to systematically search the neighborhood including under decks, bushes, in sheds, garages, and neighbor’s yards.
- We can visit shelters on your behalf and broadcast the situation and photos to local shelters and veterinarian’s offices.
- We’ll post your pet’s information and monitor all the local lost pet platforms such as pawboost, PetcoLoveLost, Nextdoor, Facebook groups, Craigslist, 24Petconnect.com, Petfinder.com and local animal control pages.
- We’ll create flyers and post these locally on street corners, utility poles, parks, gas stations, coffee shops and pet supply stores.
Cat Shelves
Cats love cat shelves because they combine everything cats naturally crave – height, security, stimulation, and comfort. We work with several local carpenters who love to custom-design cat shelves for your home. From a design perspective, the cat shelf will be designed so that your cat(s) can:
- Climb, observe, survey their territory and feel incontrol of their environment.
- Retreat from household chaos, other pets, and kids (like a quiet room).
- Have a cozy and warm napping place (heat rises)
- Get some exercise jumping between shelves and enhance their coordination and problem-solving skills. This is great for cats who are bored and need some stimulation.
- Satisfy the instinct to hide from predators and stalk prey.

DIY Short-Hair Bath
Do you have a short-haired pup that just needs a simple bath? Are you tired of destroying your knees, back, & bathroom trying to bathe them at home? Well, we have a solution for you – the self-service mobile dog wash.
Here’s how it works:
- We bring our mobile grooming van to your home
- A friendly technician shows you how to use all the equipment
- You bathe your dog yourself with your own shampoo but using all the features in the mobile salon
