What to Expect
As soon as you reach out regarding an upcoming trip, we will confirm your trip dates and the number of desired pet visits per day. During scheduling, we pay special attention to the details for the first and last day as often times these two days vary (e.g., the first visit is not needed on the first day and the last visit of the day isn’t needed on the last day). We’ll send your sitter out to say hello, meet your pet, and take lots of notes!
Once your trip has begun, each visit lasts from 20-30 minutes, which is plenty of time for love and affection, feeding, changing the water, picking up as necessary, checking the mail, watering the plants, carting the trash in or out, and even a short walk if that is part of your pups’ normal routine.
Of course, each visit is documented with photos of your babies going about their business, getting loved on by the sitter, or mugging for the camera.

Your Place or Ours?
Pet Sitting Services that are provided at your home…
Pet visits
After an initial meet & greet to say hello and receive instructions, we visit your pets in your home 2, 3, 4 or even 5 times a day. The frequency will vary on your pet’s age and normal level of activity.
Dog walks
We will come by and take your pet(s) for a quick walk (both 15 and 30 minute walks are available) in your neighborhood.
Real estate showing support
We know what it is like when you are trying to sell your home (it takes lots of help!) One particular stress point is the dogs. To make for a successful showing, the dogs need to be put away or, even better, whisked away for a little while while the showing takes place and then returned safely. Our professional Pet Sitters can help you do that!
Overnight visits
We’ll come to stay overnight in your home with your pets while you’re away (8-12 hour visit).
Sole sitter service
Typically 1-3 sitters will visit your home and pets during your trip. We try to limit the number of sitters, but each of our sitters have different availability so sometimes this can be difficult. If you would just like one sitter to visit your pets during your trip, there is an additional fee.^
Exact time service
Typically a pet sitter has a two hour window on either side of your visit time to complete your pet visit or walk. This is due to us factoring in other visits around the same time that may take longer to complete, and drive time between houses. If you need services at an exact time, we can make it work – but there is an additional fee.^

Small dog day care
Drop your pet here! We will look after your baby while you’re at work or away for the day, then you can pick him or her up.
Concierge day care
Want to skip the drop off? We can send a sitter by to pick up your pet, bring them here for daycare, and return them home at the end of the day.
