We want your scooper experience to be safe and enjoyable! This form outlines a number of considerations that could impact your scooper service. We want you to be aware of all of these.
You will only need to sign this form once, and it will apply to all lawns & pets you already own as well as those you may acquire in the future. Please reach out by text or call to 469-481-8900 if you have any questions!

I, the undersigned client, authorize Backyard Pet Services to enter my property on a scheduled basis to perform pet waste removal (“pooper scooper”) services. I agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service area (e.g., unlocked gate, clear path).
If the technician is unable to access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions, I understand that the regular service fee may still apply.
I understand that Backyard Pet Services and its employees will take all reasonable precautions while performing services; however, I release and hold harmless the company, its owners, and employees from any liability related to property damage, injury, or illness occurring on my property as a result of normal service operations.
I also understand that Backyard Pet Servies is not responsible for damage caused by existing property conditions (e.g., weak fences, poor lawn conditions, dog toys, or debris).
The technician will remove all visible, solid pet waste from the service area during each visit. I understand that grass height, leaves, and other debris may affect visibility, and 100% removal (especially with loose stools and stools embedded into rocky areas) may not always be possible.
If excessive buildup is present during the first visit or after a skipped service, an initial or excessive waste surcharge may apply.
Pooper scooper services will continue in most weather conditions unless unsafe (e.g., heavy storms, extreme temperatures, or icy conditions). If service is postponed, it will be rescheduled for the next available date.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the yard is accessible and that dogs are secured during service.
To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file. This card information is stored securely through our payment processing system and will only be used in accordance with our payment policy.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, or card. If payment is not received within five (5) days of the completed appointment, the card on file will be automatically charged for the full balance due. There is a 3% transaction fee for card payments.
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Backyard Pet Services to store and charge your card on file in accordance with this policy.
To simplify billing, clients must opt into automatic recurring payments and let us know in writing (email or text) when to discontinue services. Please select one of the following options:
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours and we will organize a time for a technician to return for a re-scoop of the yard.
I affirm that I have reviewed this Pooper Scooper Release Form for accuracy and understand the contents of this contract. I affirm that I am the rightful legal owner of the dog(s) for which services are being rendered. I authorize this contract to be valid approval for future scooping services, permitting us to accept telephone reservations for service without additional signed contracts or written authorization. I understand that pricing is subject to change. This agreement is valid for all pets that I currently own or will own in the future. I have read, and agreed to the above. I understand that checking this box constitutes a legal signature confirming that I acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
